They may use cookies, APIs, and SDKs in my apps to enable them to collect and analyze user information. The reason is to perform the tasks assigned to them on our behalf. However, they are obligated not to disclose or use the information for any other purpose.

We may share your information with third-party service providers, such as our cloud hosting provider or content creation service, for the purposes of providing, maintaining and improving our service.

The information practices of these third parties are not covered by this Policy.

We may use and share non-personal information (meaning information that, by itself, does not identify who you are such as device information, general demographics, general behavioral data, geolocation in de-identified form), as well as personal information in hashed, non-human readable form, under any of the above circumstances.

We want you to be in control of your information, you may have the right to:

Request Deletion of your personal information. You could also delete your account by using the corresponding functionality directly on the service;
Device permissions. Mobile platforms have permission systems for specific types of device data and notifications, such as phone book and location services as well as push notifications. You can change your settings on your device to either consent or oppose the collection of the corresponding information or the display of the corresponding notifications. If you do that, some services may lose full functionality.

“Do Not Track.” Some browsers transmit “do-not-track” signals to websites. Because of differences in how browsers incorporate and activate this feature, it is not always clear whether users intend for these signals to be transmitted, or whether they even are aware of them. We currently do not take action in response to these signals.
Mobile Devices. We may send you push notifications through our mobile application. You may opt out from receiving these push notifications by changing the settings on your mobile device. Your mobile device may include a feature that allows you to opt out of some types of targeted advertising (“Limit Ad Tracking” on iOS and “Opt out of Interest-Based Ads” on Android). If you are a California resident, you can request a notice disclosing the categories of personal information about you that we have shared with third parties for their direct marketing purposes during the preceding calendar year. How long we retain your information

Using ASKGPT and WriteGPT from outside the United States

If you are visiting AskGPT and WriteGPT in international countries (outside country you registered), please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed globally, including in the United States where our servers are located and our central database is operated.
